Blake Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, stopped spending time together shortly after the birth of their first child, according to a new report.
Sources say, they favour work commitments and live separate lives.
An insider alleges Blake, 27, and Ryan, 38, are on the brink of a split. “They’ve drifted completely apart,” the source tells the National Enquirer.
The pair married three years ago, had their first child, a girl, James, over the New Year, and haven’t been photographed together since late February (although, before that, they were rarely photographed together as boyfriend and girlfriend and even played coy with their wedding photos, released to Martha Stewart Weddings).
So what has reportedly gone wrong for the formerly loved-up couple? “They’re both focused on their careers, and have no time for each other,” reveals the source.
Ryan is filming Deadpool, while Blake runs a lifestyle website and recently released Age Of Adaline. Ryan is allegedly “jealous of the praise that his wife received for her starring role in Age Of Adaline, while ticket sales for his film Woman In Gold failed to meet expectations.”
He reportedly wanted a stay at home mother for James, but Blake is a busy woman! “Blake and Ryan’s career rivalry is a problem. Ryan would like a wife who stays home, but that’s not Blake!”
