Farrah Abraham has raised the question of why some of the Teen Moms have left their kids off their book covers.
Last week, seemingly unprompted, Farrah pointed out that Sophia is on the cover of My Teenage Dream Ended. However, the other Teen Moms’ kids are not. Farrah seemed to be hinting that having your child on the cover proved that you loved them or that the other moms weren’t proud enough of their kids to show them off.
Farrah tweeted: “Look@ covers as you collect them #ActionsSpeakLouder why aren’t there more children on the covers #TrueStory @Mtv”
Kail Lowry, who wrote Pride Over Pity, tweeted in response to a fan “…when did she call me out and about what?” Adding “@F1abraham @MTV ohhh my book cover, ok Farrah…” Another fan told Kail,”Haters gonna hate,” to which Kail responded “but us especially in this whole thing together should be lifting each other up not tearing down.”
Kail joked, “I’m not a great mom because my sons are not on my book cover, everyone.” Explaining that she felt insulted, “Low blows for no reason though? Get it together girl”.
Amber Portwood, who wrote Never Too Late, had a lot more to say. Amber tweeted a fan, “what does this mean?????” Explaining, once she had clarification, “I did it out of respect for my 6 year old who shouldn’t be on the cover of a book talking about drugs and sex..love not hate”.
Amber then told another fan: “my daughter is beyond happy and will be strong just like her mother…she will see how her mother sacrificed her life for… a year and a half in prison just so i can be with her instead of dying from an overdose…ignorant… is that real enough for you??”
