Khloe Kardashian has released a statement about Lamar Odom’s recovery.
Khloe released a statement on her website/app. She thanked her fans for their support. She also thanked the medical professionals who looked after Lamar.
Lamar has been moved from a Nevada hospital to a Los Angeles hospital.
His kidneys are still failing. He’s currently on dialysis 5-6 hours per day. He will probably need a kidney transplant. He’ll need physical and speech therapy. He’ll be in rehab for “many” months.
After taking a break from updating her apps the past few days (and putting her relationship with James Harden on hold so she can be at estranged husband Lamar’s side) Khloe offered a few words:
“The past week has been incredibly difficult.
I am so thankful to family, friends, and fans, who have sent nothing but prayers and well wishes to Lamar.
I also want to take a moment to thank everyone at Sunrise Hospital, including the amazing doctors and nurses for their kindness and diligent work. Under their amazing care, incredible strides have been made.
You can never be prepared for an experience like this, but without the outpouring of love and endless prayers that Lamar has received and the strength I was given from my loved ones, it would have been difficult to endure.
Thank you for your continued support. God is great!!!”
