Kylie Jenner has revealed the health issue that led to a 15 pound weight gain!
Kylie, 17, previously revealed that she hadn’t been to the gym in two years. Add to that her love of junk food, and she gained about 15 pounds. She shared a bathing suit photo to Instagram, recently, and added a caption where she fat-shamed herself before the haters could do the same.
So… not that she needed a reason… but what caused Kylie to gain weight?
She reveals the reason for her weight gain: “Well, I didn’t realize I was lactose intolerant. I just became lactose intolerant like, this year.”
Kylie explained how her lactose intolerance will be hard for her: “I love like, cheese and everything so I’m so mad but, I dunno, I just, it was my year to eat bad.”
She admitted of her attitude towards her diet: “I was like, while I’m young, I might as well. I didn’t care about a diet or anything. But now, this last month, I’ve been working on it just for health reasons only.”
Back in January, Kylie admitted she was having fun by eating whatever she wanted! Adding that she would have to start eating healthy and working out eventually.
Now, she reveals, she’s trying to be healthier: “I’m working out and I’m eating a lot better,” she says.
