According to Star Magazine, LeAnn is letting him keep every penny from the reality show. She hopes earning the money will help him feel “more masculine”. Contributing additional money to the family purse when LeAnn has always been the breadwinner.
She’s reportedly hoping the money will “boost his self-esteem” after a string of lackluster feature roles.
The country singer, 32, has agreed to let her hubby, 41, be the sole earner of their new VH1 reality show, LeAnn and Eddie, to make him feel more masculine.
“She wants Eddie to have money of his own,” a close source tells Star. “She thinks it’s a good way to boost his self-esteem and make him feel like he doesn’t have to rely on her.”
Pals say that while LeAnn doesn’t need the extra cash because of her recording career, the couple should be more careful when it comes to their finances.

The show had an underwhelming premiere at 374,000. And it’s not gotten better since then. Even though the press tour has continued the entire season. Leading some to speculate the show may not be renewed for a second season.
In addition, VH1 reality show Candidly Nicole is doing poorly with 550,00 viewers per week and producers are getting desperate. Begging Nicole Richie to use celebrity friends for ratings or show her family on camera more. Although, sources seem confident Nicole’s show will be renewed for another season.
