Entitled LeAnn & Eddie, the couple will be in staged scenarios with actors playing his minor children by Brandi Glanville (who are not allowed to appear on camera, just like they’re not allowed on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills).
“It’s like every other reality show,” said LeAnn, 31, of the show she’ll star in with Eddie, 40. “There’s a lot of heart to it but there’s also a lot of laughs. Eddie and I are very much that way in our relationship. We have a lot of humor between the two of us and give each other s**t a lot, so you see that.”
“People read about us constantly and it’s so opposite of who we are,” she added of the bad press the couple get to this day for cheating on their spouses with each other five years ago.
“I think people really think we take ourselves seriously,” she added. “It’s so opposite of that but no one ever gets to see it. Other than the reason of us wanting to work together and be home with the kids, why not have fun and poke fun at everything that’s gone on for the last five years.”
LeAnn also revealed how a relationship with such a bumpy start has kept going. “Honestly it’s not giving up on each other,” the country singer said of her marriage.
“I think that plays a really big part,” added Eddie. “You gotta have faith, and we have faith in our relationship.”
