Jessica Simpson is losing weight for her July 4 wedding to fiance Eric Johnson.
The singer recently shared gym photos, flaunting her toned calf muscles, and also bathing suit photos showing just how slim she’s become since the birth of her second child.
According to a new report, Jessica lost the weight by watching her diet and regularly working out with a personal trainer. Specifically, she’s still on her Weight Watchers diet, works out with Harley Pasternak, and walks 6 miles per day.
“She’s incredibly proud of the way she’s stayed on track,” an insider tells Life & Style.
Jessica is spending a lot of time on the treadmill. “She’ll watch TV on it, talk on the phone,” a source tells Life & Style. “Jess probably spends half the day there.”
Jessica has gone from 175 pounds to 11o pounds in the six months since she last gave birth. She’s been adding up her meal points and doing squat-and-lunge sessions with her trainer “three to five times a week.”
“Jessica has gotten her best body ever,” a source adds. “She truly feels like she’s in better shape than she was in her early 20s.”
