The chanteuse tells Graham Norton that, at the time she became ill with malaria, she made a mental bucket list. More specifically, “After I had malaria I created a ‘f*** it list’ because life’s too short and the tattoo was on the list’, the 30-year-old said.
Asked about the cost of the ink that she posted to Instagram, above, she added “[Nikko Hurtado’s] an exceptional [tattoo] artist and he was worth it… It was in the £1000s, probably the cost of a small car.”
The British singer reportedly spent 15 hours with US celebrity tattoo artist Nikko at the cost of around £250 ($450) an hour, for an approximate total of £3,750 ($6480).
