Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans is wanted on assault charges relating to an altercation with her on-off boyfriend, Nathan Griffith, according to local reports. Jenelle is wanted in Myrtle Beach over an incident that occurred late on Tuesday.
A Myrtle Beach Police report (via WBTW News) says that Jenelle went to Nathan’s home on Brewster Street just after midnight on May 26. She phoned to let him know she was currently vandalising his car so he should come outside. He complied, and she said “now I know where you live.”
They got into a verbal altercation. They also got physical, says the police report: Jenelle “assaulted [Nathan] and began to try and choke him while digging her fingernails into his neck.”
He got away, went back inside, and locked the door. Jenelle banged on his front door, demanding to be let inside, yelling “he has my phone and won’t give me back my son.”
The police report adds, Jenelle eventually left the scene. Nathan was left with scratches on his neck and a ripped shirt.
At the time of posting, “A warrant request for [Jenelle] was sent for criminal domestic violence 1st degree.”
Previously, fans were surprised to see Jenelle and Nathan hanging out together at EDCNY. This Memorial Day weekend, May 24 specifically, they were spending time together and sharing the photos on Instagram.
