Adam, 23, was arrested Friday at 10pm for violating the terms of his enrollment in the 24/7 Program, which is designed for repeated DUI offenders who must undergo drug and alcohol testing once a day. He remained in the Minnehaha County Jail in Sioux Falls, South Dakota without bail through the weekend.
“He either didn’t show up for testing or tested positive for alcohol,” a spokesperson for the jail said in a statement.
“The saddest part is it was his one weekend per month with Aubree,” a source added. “So now she won’t get to see him.”
He’s been found guilty of three DUIs, six speeding offenses, and driving without a license or suspended license eight times since 2009.
Chelsea says Adam, father to the couple’s 4-year-old daughter, Aubree, has violated the terms of his visitation agreement. Now she’s planning to take action.
“I am documenting everything to make my case,” Chelsea tells Life & Style. As part of their agreement, Adam is forbidden from driving with their toddler daughter. “It’s a strict rule that he can’t drive with her,” Chelsea says.
However, it’s clearly not being followed as “…Aubree will come home and say, ‘Daddy was driving with me.’ It makes me so mad. He doesn’t deserve visitation with our daughter if he keeps breaking the rules!”
