Previously Kelly Osbourne made comments on The View about Latinos. Kelly was called out for making a racist comment by co-host Rosie Perez. Kelly was upset at being called out. Kelly pouted. Rosie said sorry for being “sensitive”.
Sources claim The View producers made Rosie say sorry to Kelly rather than accept that Kelly said something bad and make Kelly say sorry.
Discussing Donald Trump’s opinion on immigrants, Kelly asked “If you kick every Latino out of this country, then who is going to be cleaning your toilet, Donald Trump?” Kelly didn’t smile or laugh or appear to be joking.
Kelly was called out by her co-hosts who noted that Latinos were more than just domestic workers. During the commercial break Kelly “became hysterical during a commercial break and wept over fears she’ll now be seen as a racist”. Kelly got an apology on-air.
Rosie went on Twitter to say sorry for upsetting Kelly. Kelly went on a Facebook rant to deny being a racist. Sources claim Rosie only said sorry for being “overly sensitive” because The View producers made her.
According to The Daily Mail, producers “cornered Rosie during the break and demanded she apologize to Kelly in the last segment of the live broadcast.” Rosie said sorry on air.
Rosie retired to her dressing room. Rosie was cornered by producers again who demanded another apology. Rosie went on Twitter to apologise again.
A source explains: “[Rosie] and the ABC executives had it out. She was yelling at them at the top of her lungs that their demands were disrespectful. They were telling her that she better do exactly as they said. It was an ugly scene and Rosie was crying uncontrollably and outraged.”
After it was over, Rosie said she was “done with this f**king show” and told the producers to “kiss her a**”.
